GUIDED MEDITATIONS FOR SLEEP

These episodes were created with the idea of providing an indispensable tool to help you fall asleep.

In a world increasingly noisy and accelerated by the multiple worries and concerns of the insatiable pursuit of a well-being society that offers little good or stable support for the personal growth of all of us who are part of it, these guided meditations aim to become a space for the calm that our daily lives need at such an important moment as the one that occurs just before we fall asleep at night.

Set to the sounds of nature, such as those produced by waves on the shore, the gentle rain, or the breeze through the leaves of the trees, these episodes will transport you to the ideal environment where serenity is the protagonist.

A peaceful melody and reflective messages intended to guide us to the silence of our invasive and disturbing thoughts will complete these meditations.

They have been designed following a different structure than the other episodes on my channel, with the following modifications:

  • The greeting and farewell content has been removed.

  • The melody from the previous content has been replaced with a single, more relaxing theme.

  • In the video format available on my YouTube channel, dark-toned landscapes have been chosen to avoid flashing lights that could interfere with visual rest, as can be seen in the image, which shows a house on a rainy night:

  • Finally, in this same format, written content has been omitted throughout the episode to avoid any distractions.
